Barb and I dined at Cuvee Bistro as we have the other two years we’ve been in the area. We weren’t disappointed. We started off with drinks. Barb had a martini that was served in a metal “martini glass.” I hadn’t made up my mind yet, but seeing hers, I wanted a drink that was served the same way. I choice a Cosmo and was delighted.
The bar was busy as there was a happy hour with half price drinks and appetizers if you stayed in the bar. Barb and I did our part to boost the Florida economy. The bartenders were bustling, but still had time to be friendly.
We each ordered an appetizer which was filling enough for the whole meal. I had the fried green tomatoes which came with warm brie, sautéed crawfish tails, hot sauce, and lemon butter sauce. Barb had the homemade bison sausage flatbread pizza with pickled jalapenos. We were impressed with the heat in each dish and the price. Delicious.
